Lauren has a heart for individuals that have and are experiencing emotional abuse and toxic relationships. She also works with those suffering from post partum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, and  infant loss. Her experience also includes, but is not limited to, those struggling with high amounts of stress, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, anger management, and parenting issues.

In her practice, Lauren likes to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). She has additional trainings in maternal health, perinatal loss and grief, and perinatal depression and anxiety disorders.
